annuityfineprint.com is a service of Porto Financial LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (entity 0014766627) that trades as Annuity Fine Print and Retiree Review. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Porto Financial LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.

What we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, mobile number, ZIP code, and the answers you provide about the annuity you were pitched — the carrier, the product, the premium amount, and where you are in the process.
• Verification data. When you submit the form we send a one-time code to your mobile number to confirm it belongs to you. We record whether verification succeeded.
• Technical and campaign data. Standard web data such as your IP address and browser, and the advertising parameters attached to the link you arrived on.

Why we use it

• To carry out the annuity review you requested and to prepare for your appointment.
• To contact you about that review by phone, email and text message.
• To confirm your mobile number is genuinely yours, which protects you and us.
• To meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed insurance broker.

Text messages

If you provide your mobile number and agree to be contacted, we send text messages about your review from (501) 499-8267: a verification code, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up about the review itself. Message frequency varies; expect roughly 2–6 messages per review. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also call (501) 499-0203 or email [email protected]. Opting out of text messages does not remove you from email or phone contact; tell us if you would like those stopped too.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is needed to deliver the service you asked for:

• Service providers who operate our systems — our customer relationship platform, our messaging and telephony provider, our calendar and email tools. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own marketing.
• Insurance carriers, only if you decide to apply for a policy, and only the information the application requires.
• Where the law requires it, including regulators of insurance activity, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Mobile numbers and text-message consent are excluded from all sharing for marketing purposes, without exception.

Advertising

We advertise on third-party platforms and use their measurement tools to understand which advertisements lead to enquiries. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. They do not receive your mobile number or your text-message consent.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as we are required to as a licensed insurance broker, and for as long as needed to service a policy purchased through us. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to retain it, we will.

Your choices

• Ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete it, subject to our record-keeping obligations.
• Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• Ask to be removed from all marketing contact.

Children

This service is for adults considering retirement products. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
