These terms govern your use of annuityfineprint.com, a service of Porto Financial LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (entity 0014766627) trading as Annuity Fine Print and Retiree Review. By using this site or requesting a review, you agree to them.

What this service is

We review annuity contracts and explain, in plain English, what the document says — the surrender schedule, the fees, the rider terms and how the income is actually calculated. The review is provided at no charge and you are under no obligation to purchase anything.

What this service is not

Not legal advice. Kent Cobb has thirty-three years of legal training and reads the contract himself. This review is educational and does not create an attorney–client relationship or constitute legal advice. On this call Kent acts as a licensed insurance agent — not as your attorney. No attorney–client relationship is created, and nothing provided here is legal advice.

How we are compensated

Porto Financial LLC is a licensed independent insurance broker and is compensated by insurance carriers when a client purchases a policy through us. This is a conflict of interest you should weigh. We are appointed with a selection of carriers and cannot represent every carrier or product available in the market.

Text message (SMS) terms

By providing your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted, you consent to receive text messages from Porto Financial LLC, trading as Annuity Fine Print, from (501) 499-8267.

Program description. Messages relate to the annuity review you requested: a one-time verification code, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-up about your review.
Message frequency. Varies with your appointment. Expect roughly 2–6 messages per review.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard charges apply to messages you send and receive.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
Help. Reply HELP, call (501) 499-0203, or email [email protected].
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers may change without notice.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving a review or of purchasing anything. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and opt-in data is never shared.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information, including a mobile number that belongs to you.
Do not use this site to submit someone else’s personal information without their permission.
Tell us if your contact details change or you no longer wish to be contacted.

Eligibility

This service is intended for adults aged 18 or over in the United States. We can only assist with insurance business in states where we hold the required licenses and appointments, and we will tell you if we cannot help.

The content of this site belongs to Porto Financial LLC and may not be copied or republished without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Porto Financial LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the free review. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
